LOAN Penny Stock Lender

LOAN Penny stock is a financing company that provides secured loans to real estate developers in the Manhattan area that are short term and non-bank loans. The advantage to their customers is quick and convenient access to money. They can have the loans written and closed usually between 3 to 10 business days.

Overview
This penny stock is intriguing because they are offering a service to a limited niche market but have been successful with consistent revenue growth. They would appeal to the investor looking to flip a project within a year or to a developer who needs cash quicker than they could get traditional financing. I think this is a company that can grow outside of just the Manhattan area and be successful.

As you can see in the graph above the company has experienced consistent revenue growth for the past 5 plus year with strong growth rates.

Their income has not shown as consistent growth as they took a huge hit in 2008, the losses sustained can be explained by the financial crisis and lack of diversification both geographical and product offering.

From the graph above you can see that stock's performance has been anything but impressive but one of the things I like above this company is their revenue growth and I feel their business model fits well with the overall interest rate environment. The spread between short and long term financing favors short term lending, and the fact that bank regulations have made it very difficult for business to get financing gives an advantage to this penny stock for targeting real estate developers or investors who need quick cash to take advantage of a hot deal.

  2. Superb! Love it. A good insight story of Loan Penny Stock company. I think the most important loan to pay is your student loan. It's more important than your mortgage, car and credit card payments. You cannot discharge student loan debt in the majority of cases. Good day!
